Salon du Chocolat - JAPAN 2008 Chloé presents in this box, for the first time in Japan the creative path of 4 renowned european chocolatiers: Artisan du chocolat, Fabrice Gillotte, Jean-Paul Hevin and Patrick Roger. Each one has created, specially for this box, a chocolate bonbon and Chloé presents the steps of their conception/creation: choice of a single origin chocolate, expression of its aromas when associated to cream (to become a plain ganache) and, finally, the” bonbon- création”.
