Collaboration with a Bolivian coop EL CEIBO -


Chloé Doutre-Roussel has for the last 2 years collaborated with the Bolivian Cooperativa EL CEIBO to assist them, from the quality of the product to the marketing strategy, in launching fine chocolate products for the international market. Their first export products, a fine dark chocolate bar and a drinking chocolate, are the first fruits of this collaboration and are co-signed. Products are launched in the US and Europe end 2008. Chloé will give conferences worldwide to describe their business model, and compare it with those of the numerous new chocolate companies producing and exporting “fine” chocolate in other cocoa producing countries.
